📦 Shipping Policy – The Black Marketplace
We’re not Amazon, but we do move fast.
At The Black Marketplace, we process and ship orders with care — because you shouldn’t have to wait forever to glow up.
🕒 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Shipping rates are non-refundable.
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location and carrier delays.
🧾 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to update in the system.
🚫 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping info before checking out — we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- The Black Marketplace does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping, international shipping, or in-store pickup — but we’re working on it 👀
